Most paint manufacturers produce different grades of paint for various purposes, from builder grade coatings to premium paints. We only use premium paints which we have tested over the years and know to be excellent coatings. It is for this reason we can easily guarantee our work in writing.
We make every effort to respond to all emails and phone calls on the same day but appreciate 48 hours to respond. For messages left after business hours on Fridays or over the weekends, calls will be returned on the next business day. If you have an urgent matter and need an immediate response, we advise calling the office.
We can usually provide an estimate within a few days to one week.
Yes, all of our estimates are in writing and include detailed instructions regarding the scope of work, our guarantee, and payment terms. The paper work you receive at the time of the estimate is also the contract.
We suggest two to six weeks, depending on the time of year. Please call to inquire about scheduling.
T&M is work performed at an hourly rate plus the cost of materials required to complete the work. T&M is an extra charge to the contract price and is clearly listed on the contract if it is included.
We accept checks, Visa, MasterCard and Zelle. We do not offer financing.
We require one-third down to begin work with the balance due in full upon completion.
Payment is collected by the job supervisor. If you plan paying by credit card, please contact the office with your Visa or MasterCard information. Payments not made promptly will incur late fees.
Yes, there are preparations required to ensure a smooth completion of your painting contract. These instructions will be provided prior to your job start date.
Every job has a supervisor that works along with the crew each day. The supervisor is in charge of all crew members, handles daily communication with the customer and makes sure the job is completed according to the contract. The job supervisor also collects the final payment once the job is complete.
All jobs start between 8 - 9 am unless otherwise requested. Quitting time is generally between 4 - 5 pm but may vary depending upon such things as anticipated weather and the process in progress.
No crew will arrive in the event it is raining. They will return to the job the first day (Monday through Saturday) the rain has stopped.
We do ask you to be home the day work begins. This provides time to meet your job supervisor and go over any work and planning questions you or the supervisor may have.
